Ingredients
Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate Flakes (47% MgCl2 concentration).
Suggested Use
Bath: Add 250g of Magnesium Flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase the amount for a more intensive experience.
Footbath: Add 150g Magnesium Flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approximately 5 litres of water, enough to cover the feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes. It is recommended to take a magnesium bath 2 to 3 times a week.
Dosage: 1kg of Magnesium Flakes contains 120g of elemental magnesium.
Important Information
For external use only. Do not use on damaged or broken skin. Avoid contact with eyes. No known contraindications with prescribed medications. If using during pregnancy or breastfeeding, consult your midwife or GP before beginning supplementation. Keep out of reach of children.
Magnesium Flakes are highly hygroscopic and quickly absorb moisture if left open. Store in a dry place and reseal opened bags promptly. Use within 12 months of opening.
A slight tingling sensation may be experienced on initial application. This may pass with regular use. As with any dietary supplement, consult your GP if you are taking medication or have a medical condition.
