I always buy creatine as unflavoured as I mix with other drinks. This mixes well and dissolves in water (I use a mixer with a whisk ball). I'm no expert but I feel it has made a difference with my work outs as I don't get DOMS anymore and I lift 4 or 5 times a week. I personally did creatine loading where you take a does 4 times a day for a week then one dose a day going forward
