Scientists are of the opinion that vitamin D may help reduce production of a chemical that makes symptoms of the condition worse. Vitamin D significantly reduce production of the natural chemical that is helpful in defending itself against infection, showing its potential as an effective treatment for asthma. Researchers at King's College London have found vitamin D extremely useful in reducing the symptoms of asthma sufferers, helping them to breathe easy.
